Iggy · 1997 · G — Good
Hang tag: Good Iggy the Iguana is a tie-dye chameleon Beanie Baby, known for its vibrant multicolour pattern and pink tongue. This Beanie Baby is in good condition, featuring a tag protector for the swing tag. The tag generation is estimated to be 3rd generation.
Iggy is a Ty Beanie Baby iguana introduced in 1997, Ty style number 4038, with an official Ty birthday of Aug 12, 1997. Collector note: Tie-dye vs blue; Iggy/Rainbow tag & tongue mix-ups are well known. The earliest swing tag a 1997 release can legitimately carry is a 4th generation tag; later generations are normal on a beanie that stayed in production, while an earlier one means a swapped tag or a fake.
