This 1993 Ty Teddy, the charming new face brown bear, is in Near Mint condition. While this color is common, early new-face variations are more sought after, enhancing its collectible value. Teddy is a Ty Beanie Baby bear introduced in 1994. This listing is for the new face, brown variation. Collector note: New-face brown is common; early new-face colors carry a premium. The earliest swing tag a 1994 release can legitimately carry is a 1st generation tag; later generations are normal on a beanie that stayed in production, while an earlier one means a swapped tag or a fake.
