Hang tag: Missing This is the Signature Bear Ty Beanie Baby from 1999. It features a tan bear with a ribbon and is part of the annual signature-series bears. The tush tag is present and legible, confirming its identity. The swing tag is missing, which is reflected in the pricing.
Signature Bear is a Ty Beanie Baby bear introduced in 1999. Collector note: Annual signature-series bears (1999, 2000, 2003…). The earliest swing tag a 1999 release can legitimately carry is a 5th generation tag; later generations are normal on a beanie that stayed in production, while an earlier one means a swapped tag or a fake.
