Britannia is a Ty Beanie Baby bear introduced in 1997. Collector note: UK exclusive. The earliest swing tag a 1997 release can legitimately carry is a 4th generation tag; later generations are normal on a beanie that stayed in production, while an earlier one means a swapped tag or a fake.
